brake fluid

Going to change the brake fluid on my 182 next week, as we have changed the pads at the front but there not great, think there maybe air in the system.

is there a guide on changing the brake fluid?

and is this the correct stuff to use?

you need approx 1 litre

1l will be fine for a flush through, I still didn't use the whole bottle.
