brake imbalance too much?

My not showed an imbalance of 8% front and 9% rear, it passed but is this to much? I want to even them up a bit so was thinking new pads and a clean and grease off the carriers and sliders.

most cars i have moted are a few % out. max is 25% on the front.

as you said strip them down clean them up and re grease the slider's.
