brake lights wont work..

was driving along earlier and my mate said i had no break lights, went through the fuses and nope still nothing. kept hoping would suddenly come back on but wouldnt, seems like it only comes on when moving along?

i also noticed my abs light has come on and as i was pulling up at home its was slight judder under the brake pedal which i no is the abs,

i take it the both are combined? what would it be though?

any help much appreciated

Brakelight switch is what comes in to my mind, but I'm not sure if the ABS would be affected by a faulty brakelight switch as I've never owned a car with ABS before

Yeaa I did think of that but I will try it tomorrow, any other ideas?
