Brake pads un-even wear normal?

On my 1.2 clio i noticed one side of the brake pad has worn a lot more than the other and same for both front pads, is this normal?

Will the other side of the pad wear out quicker now?

Same, my DS2500 pads are more worn on the inside pad than the outside one.

Same here. The inside pads have always taken more of a hammering than the outer pads.

How do you guys deal with in when you noticed the un-even wear? Do you replace both pads straight away or wait till one of them is completely worn then replace?

Sounds like a common problem
