Brake pedal squeak?

A brake pedal squeak everytime I push pedal down. Any idea of a resolution?

Sorry to revive an old thread, my brake pedal makes a squeak noise when I release it, when you say oil - do you mean lubricate? And if so, which parts should I lube.

Any help would be great, thank you.
