Brake Piston

Anyone know a good technique on how to get the piston back in the caliper, come a little stuck and need it back on the road asap.

G-clamp? How far has it come out?

Oh, and my brother's back Sunday has been away on hols for a month, will ask him about wheels if you ain't had them done.

Is it to fit new pads?

The fronts should just slide back in (very slowly with lots of force)

The rears dont move as far but they then screw in futher.

Take your engine cover off and wrap the brake fluid res. in old rag.

Yeah if it's the back ones, they need to be wound back in.

Its the front and the piston has come all the way out, tried all sorts trying to get it back in, a bit of a mess up whilst changing pads and disks. So no fluid now, ive taken the caliper off to try and make it easier. The wheels still need doing

Open the bleed nipple and try install it it must have come a heck of a way out.
