Brake scratching noise

My back left caliper is making a weird noise when freerolling almost like it's metal on metle but its just had the pads done, any ideas what it could be?

it started off as a rumble like a bearing but it's continuous scraping now.

Check the pads have been installed correctly also there no dirt etc stuck in the pads.

all sorted thank you, the handbrake cable retaining clip snapped and it was rubbing on the inner wheel
