Brake Tune up?

Car  www.renparts.co.uk
Im looking to tune up my brakes a little on my dynamique. It has discs up front and drums at the rear, Im going to change my discs and pads. I drive fairly hard but not ridiciously, i manage to fade standard pads at least so thats out of the question. Im looking for a good, low dust pad and some decent discs. I always glaze my pads so i was thinking some grooved discs. I get vouchers for frauds so would like to buy through them ideally. They have some grooved discs in, pads i can buy elswhere but im not looking to spend like anything over 50 on pads alone.
I also need to bleed my brakes, im fairly handy (did my lowering springs), would you advise blleding myself? if so is there a good guide (with it having abs) and what tools/equipment will i need.
thanks for replies

Nout wrong with std disks and pads...
I've had the dynamique ten tenths round various tracks and it's been fine.

Spk to Fred and andrew at Yozzasport.
