Brakes for a non sport?

Hi

Was told that i need to replace my brakes on the front so i may as well get something good i guess depending on price not to sure how much they cost. Need to fit onto my 1.2 with the 15" wheels

What would you guys recommend for say £150? no idea how much these things cost so it could probs go a bit higher if needs be

Do you mean the discs or pads?
Probably not the best but I just found a pair of Quinton Hazell Discs in Halfords and they had them in stock so I just picked them up lol. Only £35. but meh Its only a 1.2 they seem fine to me.

both, i think i need to change the caliper as well.

Personally not much need for anything much more than standard brakes on the 1.2, would be nice to have bigger brakes but won't need them on the road unless you drive some what dangerously fast.

Thats why i want them so i cant drive dangerously fast on the roads going up to the scottish boarder, cant remember what the roads are called but iv been on a bike up there and it was fun :evil:
