brakes question

I have been offered the use of some lovely big AP 4 pot brakes with alloy bells and big discs which if I can make them fit under a 15" wheel I will make some brackets to for them.

Question is - what master cylinder do people use with 4 pots or can I just use the cup one?

With my 205's I had to change the m/c for a different one.

Generally keep the standard cup one

What size are the brake discs??

ap used to do a big brake stup for mk1 clios that fitted under 15" alloys,
the discs were 295mm!!

I run standard master cylinder with my brembo 4 pots and its fine, actualy it feels better.

all depends on the piston size of the 4 pots to what master cylinder to use.

If you are running 4 pots the diameter of the pistons each side need to be smaller than the stock size or you need to go up a size on MC. I think its something like that someone will confirm chipmk1
