Brakes seem slack

Just recently my brakes have been feeling slacker than usual. I am guessing this is a bad sign?

On another note, I've had two flats in two days! Gr, how annoying

Sounds like the brakes fluid might need chnaging. check the condition of disks etc though

Yep, got the discs changed and fluid changed and all seems well and good.
