Hi kinda lost weather oem front pads or mintex upgrades. Heard they squeal a lot ? And only do low milage a year. What's the standard performance like on oem pads? And mintex?

Thanks :)

For a none-sport ? I have m1144's and they've squealed since the day I got them, seems common reading about. They do bite well and did fine on track (I'm sure it's sub par compared to dedicated pads)

The squeal get's old really fast, I'm going back to brembo pads when these die.

I have 1144 and they are spot on and dont squeal. Try the pagid pads at euro car parts for £20 ish, spot on.

I use brembo pads from euro for on the road, a little more expensive than pagid at 27 quid, more than adequate for road driving though soon find their limit if you spend any time on track

Was on the bumper brackets. After they were bent back and I actually sold the car last year
