Brand New Ultra Red Product Help

  PH1 172
Looking some advice on products to get my new Ultra Red totally swirl free and keep it like that when it arrives.

I use the two bucket method with wash mitts and dry using two AquaTouch Drying Towels with Last Touch as a lubricant.

Now the dealer is not touching the car at all so idea of what to be done is given below. Anyone add any other product advice? products in red i do not own and would have to buy so any other products that can be suggested would be great help

You may need to polish it with something with more bite than the 80 has, my 182 came with horrible buffer marks which where from the factory not dealer. May need to go up to Menzerna Intensive Polish on a light cut pad, and follow up with Menzerna Final Finish.

If the paint is in good shape, one step it with a polishing pad and http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/polis...enzerna-final-finish-po-106-fa-/prod_217.html

I would use http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acatalog/werkstat-acrylic-jett-trigger-protect.html rather then the EX-p, it is just not durable.

Agree with Rich on the polish.

Personally I wouldn't bother with the glaze, and I'd go the Zaino route.
Z-AIO then Z-2 X 3 and then Z-8 every other week. This will bring the flake in the paint out very well...not much will beat it.

TBH, I wouldn't bother with a £100+ wax either. You will see very little extra on the finish and I prefer the sealant look anyway.

just to update ordered a few things to do the car - think i done the right thing?
Ordered 5 Menzerna Samples to get paint in tip top condition first before any wax etc?
also ordered some AS Stuff including G101 (remove delivery wax etc), Tardis (to remove any tar that gets stuck) and Smart Wheels (advised not to use acidic wheel cleaner on my painted wheels)
as for wax and sealant - went with SmartSealant as its suppose to be identical to Jetseal 109 but a bit easier to use. And wax i went with RaceGlaze 55 as it is being compared to top line Zym0l waxes and its durabilty etc is supposed to be fantastic. Also the fact its used by Ferrari and Porsche was endorsement enough!
so have i done the right thing?
Ross
