Brembo hc discs question

Hi all just picked up a silver 172 today and I'm wanting to do few track days in it, wanting to go down the route of brembo hc discs and ds2500 pads, what I'm unsure of is do the brembo discs for onto standard calipers. Sorry I know this is probably asked a 1000 times but couldn't find the answer. Cheers
