Brentacre - A recomendation

Just thought I'd post up a positive insurance story.

My renewal was due today, current insurer had quoted me a little over £500 with mods declared (an increase of approx 10% from last year), on gocomparetheconfusedmeerkat the cheapest quotes were coming out £700+, rang Brentacre, £449.99! To say I'm happy would be an understatement!

Nice one I've alternated with Flux and Brentacre for the past 3 years, sometimes one is cheaper sometimes it's not. Pays to shop around.

Chances are I'll be renewing mine with brentacre, seem to be considerably cheaper than anywhere else with all my mods declared

Greenlight were best for me, £694 with £350 excess. Brentacre wanted £1049 and £500 excess.

£449.99, and they say insurers don't pluck figures from their heads i'd love to see what system adds 99p on or takes 1p off to make it look less

Brentacre are excellent, been untouchable past 3 years running.

Also like their nice plain and simple approach to modifications.

Greenlight wouldn't touch me (Won't insure 172cups) but in the past they had been good on my old motors.

Insured with Brentacre for the 3rd year running now, it's gone up every year mind but they've still been the cheapest by far for me.

Iirc they are. Have both cars insured with them and they can nnever be touched on price.
