Thumbs up from me for Brentacre. All mods declared on a Leeds postcode for under £500. :star: Plus any other mods other than those that dramatically increase the bhp (I wish) will be free with no admin charge.

Above all though a decent set of lads, knew exactly what they were talking about, knew CS and obviously car enthusiasts themselves. Plus they will do their best to beat whatever quote you have.

That seems expensive mate.

My 58 197 cup with mods & trackday is less than £400

My ins was £240 on a ph12 172 fully comp, protected ncb etc so £500 and 10 years older I'd be blubbing away

It was £360 for the standard car previously. You should try getting a quote on a Leeds 6 postcode..... Any big city postcode hammers your premium, whether you're actually in a nice area or not.

Ive just switched from Greenlight to these guys. Stoke postcode 26yo with 6yncb all for $399. Was well happy tbh

Comparable tbh and the excess is low. Anyway, the post was more about their friendly and knowledgeable attitude than all out price.

Thats why i'm with Greenlight, could take another £150/175 off my premium if i went with one of the big 5

I dare say I could take at least a 1/3 off my premium if I moved 20 miles up the road, but that's a pointless discussion. Greenlight quote came in nearly £100 more than Brentacre...

I have moved to Brentacre from greenlight. Had a nightmare with greenlight which resulted in them cancelling my policy over no claims evidence - they blamed it on the insurer highway for not accepting my NCB. Strange as when I moved to Brentacre there was no issue with the NCB an guess who the insurer was....highway!
