Customer service is irrelevant when you’ve no need to contact them, and I’d hazard a guess that’s the vast majority of cases.
When you do it’s probably because something has gone wrong, so they’ll have to do very well indeed to convert that to a positive outcome.
So I probably wouldn’t read too much into that.
Vodafone have been perfectly fine here, been with them several years now.
