My home computer is currently knackered so I am using my work computer most of the time. The iPhone is a 4S so is backed up by iCloud and downloads updates OTA.
The question is, I recently installed an app, a game, but it doesn't seem to have downloaded properly. It now tells me that if I am having trouble downloading the app, to connect it to a laptop and search for downloadable updates... trouble is, having never sync'd with this laptop, will it not wipe all of my apps on my phone because the iTunes library is empty?!
