Brother's bought a 197

He's put the deposit down anyway! Picking it up tuesday. I've not seen it, but its Nimbus, 56 reg with 6k miles on it. just thought I'd let everyone know lol. I'll get some pics up when he's got it

We have a nimbus 197. The only thing I would say about it is that when I have seen Black and Red one's on the road they seam to have more presence. It's as though the Silver "slims" the car down, which is not necessarily what you want. Or of course it could just be that when I look at other cars it is that I am doing so at a different angle, e.g sat in the drivers seat.

I have to agree with you Catherine...i parked my red R27 next to a standard nimbus 197 in a carpark a few weeks back...dare i say it but the standard 197 looked quite subtle and standard next to my R27...
