Bulb change

A bit of a pathetic question really but here goes. My girlfriends headlight bulb has gone in her phase 2 172. She will be visiting me next weekend and I will be fitting the new bulb. Having no experience with Clio’s at all is there anything I need to look out for, any annoying fiddly bits etc. I know some cars you have to take the front bumpers off just to get at the light!

i will try get her to do it but think i would be better off with the scrapped knuckles then the rath of the gf lol

Its tight and fiddely to get to, especially if it is has AC (drivers side)

If the fuse has blown it may be the Headlight computer/ballast will cost £180 from the dealer!!

Yeah heard that it could cost a lot if it’s not the bulb. Read on another forum that to change the ballast the front and side bumper has to be removed along with disconnecting a few things in the engine bay!
