Bulb types

Want to do a dash conversion without the package as i dont want to change all of them...

What bulb types are the window switches, heated window and central locking button?

I've used 3mm LED with 470ohm resistor. I just used the resistor for safety as some have been bulbs of a sort some LEDs.
