That was a Sony 480line jobby.
I bought it as a kit, so bullet cam/mike/batteryfeed/cables etc. I paid about £100 all in, plus obviously the recording device, which in this case was my Sony MiniDV cam.
The bullet cams come with phono connectors to connect to the recording device.

i got a bullet cam from fishydave that come i believe with sony cameras inside them, a wide angle lense and a spare narrow angle one.
and to record i use a canon mv960 dv cam.
