Bullets

Whilst waiting for my new bumpstrips decided to change the colour of my bullets. Going for Black with Capsicum Red Lettering. I got a touch up kit from reno and used that brush to paint the red over the black that i had sprayed. however with it being painted onto black hasnt really gone well. Need some ideas as to primer the lettering after painting the whole bullet black.

Heres a pic with 3 coats of detailing.

Unfortunatly I rubbed it back off as i wasn't too happy with it. Need some ideas though.

Sand down the lettering afer its been painted on. then use primer and then go over it in the red brush. voila...............

How exactly can i get primer onto JUST the lettering? I tested spraying some into a cap, then painting it on with a brush but didnt seem to go very well looked a mess.

You get primer wiht the touch up pens from Halfords. At least I did anyway with the white touch up pen I bought.

You reminded me that I got a set from halfords and that has a primer brush in it Cheers Pal.
