Bumper cutting

What would be better "looking" for an exhust system that has a pipe on the rear silencer diameter 63 or 70 mm :
1. cut the rear bumper and than fit it in the hole
2. put it under the bumper

If someone has some pics...thanks!

Cut it into the rear bumper. Looks miles better than hung under the bumper. But thats just my opinion
