Some idiot drove into the back of me today when I was sat at traffic lights. I can’t see any damage to my car, his looked ok too. I got shunted forward a fair way, luckily car in front of me had set off and I didn’t have foot on brakes.
I’ve took all his details and took some photos and have reported to my insurance company to be on the safe side as I want my car checked out. I took a look under the bumper and everything looks ok, it did make a fair bang though.
Is it likely to have caused any damage to the shock absorber in the bumper?
