bumper mishapen

Was just polishing my exhaust and discovered that my back bumper is a bit mishapen. It isnt a straight line now between the two cut aways. It's as if the bumper has moved outwards to the one side. Is this because of heat from the pipes? Help?

Could have warped/melted slightly due to the heat of the exhaust. Throw some pics up.
