Bumper Question MK1 Ph3

I just got a custom front bumper for my clio 1.2 and when i hold it up to the original bumper it sort of looks too big:in width terms!! is this normal? its made from fibreglass so has it got any give in it?, it doesnt feel like it has but jus wondered if any of u lot have got kits and measured them up before putting them on??

A lot of kits need playing around by a bodyshop to fit them.

When you say custom, what do you mean, not made for the Clio specifically.

In this case, a bodyshop will have to chop it and shape it to fit.

I wouldnt try bending fibreglass, itll just crack.

If you take your current bumper off, it should go into place.. my bodykit looked massive.. but it fitted just fine. (Well, with a bit of help.. heh)

its for a saxo but it was made to fit a clio!! what sort of price do u reckon to fit front back bumper skirts spoiler and have painted, also bonnet painted!! i got all the bits jus need somewhere recommended to me!! live in essex area

You wanna get a m8, or a friend of a friend to do it, my m8s uncle runs a car modding business about 30 miles from me, hell spray and fit my bumpers and skirts for about £300 inc. paint.

he did my m8s done an A1 job
