Busted Cisco Unity server

Bonjour

Our Unity box is up, supposedly working, but the web interface doesn't seem to be playing ball

Don't particularly want to reboot it, so what else should I be looking for? I'm only trained on CUCM so the back end of Unity is a mystery to me

To update, IIS is started and should be working, but isn't :/

Service owner for the poxy box is away on a training course, and won't respond to my mails... he also might be my new boss in a few weeks so I can't turn it off without his permission

I'd just leave it for the guy that deals with it.

Failing that, do a restart.

You clearly didn't get paid enough

I've decided to stare at it sternly, tapping it every now and then with a hammer. I've also left some pliers and a screwdriver in the rack, so it knows my intent

Works fine now

Still no idea why it wasn't working, but not going to question it
