Buying a mk1 16valve

Hi, new guy here. Was just after a bit of advice!
I'm looking at buying another Clio valver soon and was wondering if there is anything i should be lookin out for?

I did have one about 2 years ago But was a little dim then and i bought it in the dark, I just had to have it cos it was so much fun to drive.
Anyway i sold it soon after as i had numerous problems with it and hardly got to drive it.

This time round i want to make sure i'm buying a good un

luk out 4 rust on the rear arches m8 this is very common!

also check 4 recipts for clutch and cam belt change and usual work that shud be carried out!
