Having decided I really must have the Sony Ericsson K850i but I still have a contract running I have decided to buy one off line.
I have seen a lot for sale on ebay but was worried about there being any scams.
To protect myself if do get one on ebay I will buy local and pay cash on collection.
My main worry is the phones for sale on ebay are mostly unwanted upgrades. My thought was if the seller can at a later date report the phone lost or stolen and my handset then becomes locked and useless.
If this is so I think I will be better of buying one from a shop.
Can anyone advice me on this please.
