Buying a Valver?

Right im after a Valver, Havent got a huge budget but looking around the 1000 mark.

What should i look out for? whats high mileage etc...

Says its had a reconned engine? Doesnt look too bad, what do you think?

I thought about a Valver/RSi for a second car a while back but all the half decent ones in my area were going for silly prices at the time.
