Buying my Clio V6

Hi All,

Posted a few months ago about some clio V6 buying advice, and my post kind of vanished! Hope you guys are not hostile towards VR6 owners!

Well, I am going to purchase a clio v6 phase 1 (230) quite soon, and was after some buying advice.

1. Common Problems
2. Performance in comparision to 182's with breathing mods
3. positives and negatives
4. recommended insurance companies for the group 20 situatiion
5. handling - i hear the first clio v6's are a bit tricky.....:approve:

Advice would be much appreciated

i am getting one beginning of next year, gotta be the liq yellow one tho quality looking car and goes like a bullet.

My 182 was alot slower around brands hatch, than that of the V6 i drove yeah my 182 may handle a little better than the V6 but when you have all that noise and going's on behind you then your left speach less. :star:

Not many common problem coils fail commonly in the wet weather a lot more.
Speed hum not sure not that much difference to a 182 I'd think.
Mk1's were a bit tricky just had to be careful depends how fast you drive close to the limit. Mk2 were better but more can still be done.
