buzzing noise from engine and wont turn over?

hi i just went to start my car today and it wont it doesnt even turn over and back fires from the engine and sometime the zorst but it wont start atall or even go to fire up and theres a buzzing comin from the electric throttle any ideas wats happend sorry its not in much detail ill try add more if u guys ask the questions

I'm sure the buzzing noise is normal, as for not turning over, flat battery?.

If its not even turning over then how exactly could it possibly be backfiring from the engine/exhaust???

yeah sorry i changed the battery it turns but no firing, just sometimes back fires? seems like ther no spark! i been away for 3 weeks so its not beem started or moved.
