Cabasse 182 CD Error

As above really - my Cabasse headunit developed an issue, whenever i put a CD in it - it would fail to play then come up with CD ERROR.

Any ideas how to fix this? Renault don't' seam interested and i've had it sat in my wardrobe for the last 6 months so wana fix it and get shot!
