Cabasse CD player faulty?

Just picked up my 182 and has a few problems. One of them is the Cd player, the mmechanism seems to be slow in loading and unloading and fails to play the CD. Goes back to radio, is this a common problem?

My cd player is jammed, cd stuck in it. Look for a second hand one or get an after-market e.g. Alpine etc etc.

I want to keep with oem equipment if I can. Is it possible just to fit a changer under the seat with this type of stereo?

Yeah, become a member and have a look in the 'For Sale' section. Normally a few for sale for circa £30.

Alternatively you can get a Dension or Connects2 IPod interface for around the same money.
