in the morning they were at about 45psi when hot..

later on i went out for a few laps, came back in with them warm and put them down to about 30psi warm..

what tyre pressures should you run? I usually run 32/33 on the road, what for track?

in the morning i was using my mates white sparco helmet (with intercom built on it for his bros rally car that kept getting in my way)

and then in the afternoon was sometiems using my cheap 50 quid helmet that ive had for ages that i use on my 50cc scooter for work..


i usually use 30all round on the road or 30/28
