Cages - Does this mean anything to anyone?

Looking to get a rear cage with harness bars. No idea how I found this place but had it written down in my Clio notes. Emailed them for some prices on what I wanted.. This was the reply:

"Dear Sir

We suggest Wiechers cages, to make one exactly as the photo you provided, in Steel ST52 material 40 x 2 mm
£429.00 inc vat. Includes removable harness bar and black paint finish.

Other material options available at extra cost such as Chromoly, Aluminium, etc. "

Now is this good material? The right size? Good make? Price about right?

Any help or suggestions welcome.

Cheers

I don't really like the sound of "removable harness bar". I'd like to think it would be solid since I'm entrusting my life to it.

Edit: also, you can get a full bolt-in cage for not a lot more than that. Worth considering.
