Caliper handbrake mechanism

Has anyone had luck putting these back together? Concave washers etc...

Still not had this sorted, anyone have a clue how to reassemble?

They are a b*****d to reassemble. Took me days of messing to get it back together. Once you have the concave washers in place try and get the handbrake arm through one hole, press down on one side of the washers and try and slide the arm over the edge of them,then pry down on the washers with the arm whilst sliding it across. It takes loads of attempts.
