Hi - I'm currently in my final year at uni and am in the process of writing my thesis.

It does lower emissions but not by much - i suppose if you used it over a lond period of time it would make a difference. It also keeps your engine cleaner which im sure a lot of people weren't aware of!

Cynical me asks: Is there any evidence that Jordan7 is a student and drives a Clio ?

Could be anyone, even a BP/Ogilvy marketing twonk doing research on the cheap.

The practise is widespread.

There may be a case for doing the survey dozens of times and skewing the results.
