Cam-belt change 12k / 04 plate

Im having my 2nd service next week.

The cars only done just over 12k and is nearly 4 years old...would you say its best to have the cambelt changed whilst having the service with it being very low mileage?

Every 5 years, most people do it at 4 to be on the safe side though.
