Cam Belt & Water Pump qestion

hi ,i have been offerd a gd price to have my cam belt and aux belts done , bt the price for a new water pump is through the roof and dont reli want to pay that much just for a water pump and fitting , my 172 is a 52 plate and done 47,000 miles , quick opyion on what you all think , do i realy need to do the water pump ?????
