Does anyone know how many miles it is until i need to change my cam i have a mark 2 phase 1 T reg 1.4 RT

Welcome to Cliosport mate I presume you mean the cambelt? If so I think its 72,000 miles.

72.000 miles or 5 yrs what ever comes first..

I was recomended to get it done before 72K, that was by Nick Hill of Hill Power. He also did it much cheaper than renault, so I would recomend him, but judging by your name, hes no where near you.

I got mine done at 60K.

Yep, always go on the side of caution.

Get it done at 5 years or 60k.

Such a crucial part, if it snaps, youve pretty much wrecked your engine and looking at hundreds to fix.
