Cam cover breather on the 182

If you take off the 182 top inlet there is a breather on the cam cover. If you have itbs or different inlet is there something suppose to cover the breather ? I've looked at different ones done are bare others have plates.

Put it to a breather catch tank if you mean the pipe out the back of the head.

I mean the one under the top inlet with a oval shaped gasket

Just block it off.
