Cambelt and dephaser change required in London/Essex?

First 182.

Needs belts and dephaser (actually dephaser only but may aswell do the lot).

Any recommendations?

I live/work in East London/Essex.

How much did that end up costing? I have a 172 2003 that needs the cambelt doing, but my local garage quoted £400-500!!

I see a lot of this "special tools" thing on cambelt posts.
The garage down the road from me work on all cars and they just borrow or rent the special tools from friends in the trade....

Just because they have the tools, doesn't mean they know how to use them. In the past month I've had 3 in from a certain southern based Renault specialist, and not 1 has been correct.
