Cambelt change 172

What miles do I need to change the cam belt I'm on 57000 miles and the car is 10 years old clio 172

If it's 10 years old it is due another cambelt change now.

72k or 5 years (whichever comes first)

I'd recommend using one of the specialists on here depending where you are in the country

Too many horror stories of local garages tipex timing them with out the proper locking tools and messing them up

As long as he has the correct Renault timing tools.

My mate did it just put on the rollers 167 bhp and the fly wheel no mods
