cambelt cover on 182?

Hey, wonder if anyone can help? Had the cambelt and aux belt changed on my 182 yesterday and i could of sworn there was some sort or cover over these before it when in for the work! There is no cover there now! Is it just me seeing things or should there be a cover? Hope someone can shed some light?

Post a picture of what you mean.

You cannot see the cambelt at all.

The auxilarly belt you can see quite clearly.

must be the auxilarly belt i can see, just don't recall being able to see it before, thanks for clearing that up! soz for being a plank, everythings so tightly packed in its hard to see whats what!

there's normally a bit of sound deadening next to the aux belt as standard. It often rubs on the belt/pulleys. I dont re-fit it because i dont trust bits of trim rubbing on belts. Same thing may have happened with yours

I dont fit them back either. Id rather not risk it!
