Cambelt kit(s) question re-using bolts

Can you re-use cambelt idler pulley torx bolts and the tensioner spring or is it advisable to replace with new?

The kit i got (Ford) did not include bolts and spring for the idler pulleys.

Which ford engine?

Should be ok with the idler pulley bolts but you have to change the cam pulley bolts on the engines with floating pulleys ala F4R.
