Camber bolts

Car  Was a 197
wassup clioheads, i'm going to be purchasing some koni lowering spring for ze clio (obviously), my question relates to the title, would camber bolts really be necessary and where are they fitted, i do have a decent car knowledge

All depends how low you are going to lower it! -35 to -40mm camber
correcting bolts shouldn't be necessary. They are quite expensive but can save you a fortune in scrubbed tyres IMO

another thing is doing the rear springs pretty straight forward like the front ones, i know it is indepedant suspension on the back

just jack it up, undo the bolt holding the shock to the hub and it should just drop down enough for the springs to come out without any hassle

r u explaining the front or rear, cuz the front is a piece os pi**, i was on about the rear with it being independant

yep undo 18mm bottom shock bolt on both sides, jack up rear, old springs will fall out, whack in new ones, job done

20min job for a novice

excellent, just wot i need somethin that a novice can do, but when i ususally do things they ususally arent that simple

wot i mean is like on the front the shocks and springs are 1, but on the back the springs and shocks r separate, the style is probably differrent from a 1.2 like mine to a 182 like urs mate, i was just wary of the springs suddenly going into orbit when i do that back, but after having a lookit looks easy enuf

just another thing, how do u get pics by ur profile on a post, i've uploaded a foto, but not appearing
