Camera Options?

just going through my camera options and theres this

5MN 409 Frames
3:2 459 Frames
3M 651 Frames
2M 818 Frames
03M 3993 Frames

whats these do? what should i be using general pictures on.Is this anything to do with resolution as currently its on 1024x768, but ide like it to 1280x1024

5mf is best quality so if i was you id always take them in that

If your printing 6x4's I've found 1.2 MP to be plenty. You only need to use the larger resolutions if your printing bigger or cropping images...

Saying that I always shoot at full resolution...

the way i think of it is you can always take detail out of pictures but you can never put it back in

Shoot at the highest quality, get bigger memory cards
