Campbelts and dephaser issues!

What is the problem with the clios belt and dephaser?! Do you need them servicing or can you just put new ones in?

The cambelt is replaced every 72k or 5 years. The dephaser can get noisy if proper oil servicing isn't followed and this needs to be replaced alongside the cambelt being done
